A house begins not with partitions, however with a sense. This challenge is a couple of calm rhythm, clear house, and architectural silence. Transient
Workplace to house conversion and the transformation of advanced geometry right into a full-fledged household residence. The preliminary circumstances included a maze of small cubicles, technical zones, slender corridors, and a whole lack of residential logic. Our activity was to rethink each sq. meter to accommodate a big household of 5 and two pets, guaranteeing privateness for everybody.
Challenges
Past format constraints, we confronted important peak points: a part of the condo is positioned straight beneath a neighbor’s terrace, leading to critically low ceilings. Current technical nodes and engineering networks from the previous workplace dictated inflexible frameworks into which we needed to match a snug dwelling ergonomics.

We utterly redefined the logic of the thing, merging the opposites: open communal areas and intimate personal quarters.
• Zoning: A rational separation of visitor and personal blocks.
• Lighting: A multi-level scheme. Even normal lighting for orientation, accent spots for useful zones, and hidden LEDs in shadow gaps to create quantity and environment.
• Particulars: We used “floating” furnishings to visually lighten the house. The palette is restrained: deep inexperienced within the kitchen, impartial textures in the lounge, and refined touches of yellow within the kids’s rooms.
