Cream-Crammed Cupcakes Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line eighteen 2 1/2-inch muffin cups with paper bake cups.

  2. In a big bowl mix first 5 components (by way of salt). Add subsequent 5 components (by way of vanilla). Beat with a mixer on medium till clean, about 2 minutes. Fill every muffin cup about half-full with batter.

In a bowl mix 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips, and 1/3 cup butterscotch-flavor chips. Microwave, stirring each 30 seconds, till melted and clean, about 1 1/2 minutes.

White Icing

In a bowl stir collectively 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tsp. milk to make icing a thick piping consistency.
